The Local Collective offers 30 days for returns and exchanges on regular priced merchandise purchased and shipped within Canada. All sale items are final sale. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all the original tags attached and in its original packaging. 

Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment.  Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
 

This return policy is only applicable to purchases made at thelocalcollective.com within Canada. All items purchased from the US or internationally will be final sale.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, or you have been shipped the incorrect item, please contact us here immediately for instructions on how to return your item to us. If you fail to contact us prior to shipping the item back, we will assume no responsibility for any of the return shipping charges.
